Placing your Order
Use our secure online ordering process or call us during regular business hours. Mail or faxed orders are also accepted.
We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. States (including Washington, DC). Delivery charges for items shipped via UPS or FedEx will be added to your shopping cart at checkout. Items that are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx will ship via common carrier.
UPS and FedEx shipments will be delivered to your doorstep. Common carrier delivers to a dock. If no dock is available, you will be responsible for receiving the product from the truck.
Inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for delivery and/or installation options.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

New office furniture products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for product purchased from us.
At delivery, please examine the shipment carefully and note any damage on the delivery paperwork prior to signing. If the cartoning is severely damaged, please refuse shipment. Notify us immediately of any damage. We will work with the manufacturer to get replacement product sent out as quickly as possible. In most cases, return of the damaged product will be necessary, so keep all original packaging material. Failure to return the damaged product will result in your credit card being charged for the additional product.
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. Cancellations must be approved in advance.
Please contact customer service for return instructions. Return requests must be received within 10 days of receipt of the product. A restocking fee will apply for the return of most product and all inbound and outbound freight will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be in the original packaging material. Product that has been assembled cannot be returned. Please contact us prior to your purchase if you need assistance in purchasing the right product for your needs.
Colors displayed can vary for many reasons including monitor types, video cards, lighting, etc. Samples should be requested where exact color match is desired.
All of our manufacturers use high quality lumber in the manufacturing of their wood products. Wood is a natural material with variations in color and texture. These normal imperfections are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
